Size Issue

To process your refund, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about the product(s) that may help us understand the potential defect.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDERS
The proposal for cancellation of the order will be submitted within 24 hours, so if the cancellation is done within 24 hours, we must refund the whole balance in the account of the consumer, however in case the buyer ever wants to withdraw the order such that the following provisions apply.
Canceling the order after 24 hours would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum.
Cancellation of the order before arrival or when it is in the shipment process would result in an automatic 25 percent withdrawal from your paid sum along with shipment charges too.
Postage and Packaging:
Our Free Shipping are offered at our own cost. We don't provide shipping labels to customers who are willing to return their item. Products may ship from overseas warehouse. Please contact us at order@sasonlinestore.com to confirm the location for sending back the product.
